This morning we moved to a new host site location at Farm Credit Illinois where we will set up shop for the next two weeks.
The morning kicked off with a M&M (Mix and Mesh) activity where our young entrepreneurs got a chance to share more about themselves in small groups and then practice introducing themselves and a fellow peer. These skills will come in handy as the year progresses and they have more opportunities to speak as a group.
One last task for the day was completing the DISC assessment. Over the next few weeks, we will take a closer examination at the DISC profile results from today and how those impact the functionality of working on a team.
