🌟 Guest Speaker Spotlight: Tony Wielt 🌟

Today our CEO students heard from long-time supporter, mentor, and community leader Tony Wielt of Tony Wielt State Farm.

Tony reminded our young leaders that being different is a good thing. “When you say you are a CEO student, it means something.” He led an engaging discussion on the differences between management and leadership, asking students to reflect on what makes a great teammate and what it means to truly own your commitments:
✔️ If you say you’re going to do it, own it
✔️ You are who you hang with
✔️ Leaders need other leaders—and someone has to lead the leaders

He also emphasized that CEO connects students with community leaders who will remember them, recognize their potential, and may even hand them opportunities because they are CEO students.
