🌟 CEO Class of 2026: Building Self-Awareness & Team Strengths🌟

Today, students completed the DISC Assessment — a tool designed to help individuals understand their behavioral style, uncover personal strengths, and learn how to collaborate more effectively as a team.

The DISC model identifies four main styles:

🔴 D – Dominance (Red): Direct, results-driven, and action-oriented
🟡 I – Influence (Yellow): Outgoing, enthusiastic, and people-focused
🟢 S – Steadiness (Green): Supportive, dependable, and cooperative
🔵 C – Conscientiousness (Blue): Detail-oriented, analytical, and precise

This activity set the stage for powerful collaboration as our students begin their CEO journey. By recognizing their own tendencies and those of others, they are already laying the foundation for strong communication, teamwork, and leadership.

We’re excited to see how the Class of 2026 applies these insights throughout the year as they grow into confident young entrepreneurs!
