We had an amazing day in CEO with Chris Egelston, the Community Engagement Leader (and resident magician!) from the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship.

Chris brought out a deck of cards and a touch of magic to show our students that just like every DISC profile, each card has its own unique value depending on the game. He helped them see how their individual styles fit into the bigger team picture as we head into class business time.

It was a fantastic (and a little bit magical 🪄) way for our young entrepreneurs to see those DISC insights come to life! 🔴🟡🔵🟢
