Today we had the opportunity to visit Men in White Painting, owned by Mark Black. 🎨👷‍♂️

We learned how Men in White goes beyond just painting—offering services like millwork, drywall and cabinet finishing, and decorative concrete—truly elevating the painting trade.

Mark emphasized the importance of:
• Clear communication with customers
• Professionalism on the job
• Focusing on preparation (75% of the job) for high-quality results
• Tracking and measuring goals to ensure consistency

His team also prioritizes employee growth, providing benefits, training, and time off for holidays and vacations. Mark’s philosophy? “Train the job, not the person.”

Thank you, Mark Black, for sharing your insights and showing how leadership and quality go hand in hand!
