💼✨ Jam-Packed Day for CEO! ✨💼

Today our entrepreneurs had a full and rewarding day of learning and connection. We kicked things off with a joint business visit at Farm Credit Services alongside the Wayne County CEO Program. This collaboration gave our students the chance to intermingle and share their CEO experiences, hearing from Farm Credit employees about how their cooperative structure shapes their business and diving into day-to-day roles. They even explored how the DISC assessment helps their team work together more effectively.

After that insightful visit, our day hit another milestone as our leadership team pitched their class business venture to the Jefferson County CEO Board at our October board meeting. They showcased their hard work and vision, receiving valuable feedback that brings them one step closer to turning their business ideas into reality.
