Today, our CEO class had the opportunity to tour WinSupply of Mt. Vernon, a locally owned company that’s been part of the community since 1979 and is part of a nationwide network of 750+ WinSupply companies.

We learned how this $20 million operation serves plumbing contractors, commercial accounts, showrooms, and multiple lumber yards across the region. WinSupply showed us what it really takes to run a successful wholesale business:

KEY TAKEAWAYS:
- Relationships are everything, as customer connections drive success
- Hard work matters, outwork your competition
- Early hours & constant access is a sacrifice, but allow the business to grow
- Plumbing is always needed, making this a stable, high-demand field
- WinSupply has created more millionaires than any other business in its space
- Custom-built products & top-quality service set them apart

Huge thank you to the WinSupply team for opening their doors and showing us what real entrepreneurship looks like. An inspiring visit for all of us!
