Today we got to hear from Ryan Storey, the owner of Pyramid Powder Coating, and his story was such a reminder of what hard work, adaptability, and dedication can build.

Ryan currently works two full-time jobs while running his business, and still finds ways to grow. One of his biggest takeaways for us: always be willing to adapt. He made major changes early on, even when people didn’t believe in his business, and it paid off.

A few highlights:

• Expanded within just 2 years
• Never advertised; grew completely through word of mouth
• Workload doubled within a year
• Ships jobs all over the U.S.
• Gained tons of business because of strong service and quality
• Powder coating is better than paint; more flexible and doesn’t flake
• Has 3 employees and stresses the importance of dedicating real time to your business

Hearing from someone who built everything through grit, efficiency, and reputation was super inspiring. Huge thank you to Ryan for sharing his journey with us!
