Today, our CEO students had the opportunity to learn more about Advanced Surgical Technology and gain insight into how a successful private medical supply company operates with strong leadership, organization, and teamwork guiding daily decisions.
We explored the companyβs background, the importance of ethics in business, and how each department works together to keep operations running smoothly. Hearing directly from the business administrator, Misty Pelaez, about her roles and experiences showed how collaboration and communication play a key part in providing quality service. We also learned how every position contributes to success, even the βgrunt worker.β
With 3 locations and 66 employees, Advanced Surgical Technology continues to grow while staying committed to strong values and high standards. This experience was a great reminder that successful organizations are built on knowledgeable professionals, clear values, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
