Business Visit Spotlight: Toni Federici Veils

Our CEO students had the opportunity to hear from Jilly, Director of Operations, and the experience was truly inspiring 🤍

What started as a small, ground-up idea has grown into a thriving business with over 200 accounts, including international clients. The story behind Toni Federici Veils is a true example of the American dream. Built without a blueprint, the company reflects what’s possible through creativity, hard work, and persistence. From working with scraps in the beginning to now producing 80–100 custom, couture pieces a day, their journey represents a slow, intentional build, one bridal store at a time.

One of the biggest takeaways was how the company turned challenges like COVID into opportunities, continuing to adapt and grow with the needs of their clients. Their focus on relationships, customization, and quality really sets them apart in the bridal industry. They hold the niche market of handcrafted couture veils.

Students were especially inspired by learning how the business is centered around serving bridal stores as their clients rather than individual brides, creating a unique and highly specialized model that has supported their long-term growth and success.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to learn from Jilly and hear the story behind such a strong, creative, and resilient company, and to see firsthand what it really takes to grow and sustain a business rooted in excellence 👰‍♀️
