Our CEO students recently completed the DISC Assessment, giving them valuable insight into their individual communication, leadership, and working styles.

Throughout their CEO experience, students will use their DISC results as they tackle major projects together, navigate team dynamics, divide responsibilities, and learn how to effectively work with people whose styles may be very different from their own.

These lessons extend far beyond CEO. Understanding how you naturally lead, communicate, respond to challenges, and work with others is a skill that will benefit our young entrepreneurs in college, careers, relationships, and future leadership opportunities.
