This morning was one of the most anticipated days of the CEO experience: Mentor Reveal!

Our young entrepreneurs finally learned who they will be paired with as their mentor for the year. These community and business leaders bring so much to the CEO experience, offering encouragement, perspective, connections, accountability, and guidance as our students grow personally and professionally.

But mentorship in CEO isn't a one-way street. Our mentors consistently tell us how much they value the relationships they build with their students, making this one of the most mutually beneficial components of the CEO structure.

The reveal is just the beginning! Soon, we'll bring our mentors into the room and give these pairs the opportunity to start building their connection. Throughout the year, those relationships will grow as mentors walk alongside students through challenges, decisions, personal businesses, and all that comes with the CEO experience.

And often, the relationship doesn't end when the CEO year does. Some of the connections built through mentorship continue for years and even a lifetime.
