Starting a Business Plan π
Today, Mark Jornd, business professor at Rend Lake College, joined us to teach us about the importance of creating a strong business plan and how it can help guide both our class and personal businesses. We were also joined by our friends from Little Egypt CEO today for this important lesson. We learned about several key components that should be included in a business plan, including:

After learning the basics, we worked in groups to create a mini business plan for our own business idea. We then presented our ideas and gave a pitch to the class.
We appreciate Mark Jornd for taking the time to speak with us and helping us better understand an important concept that we can apply to our future careers and businesses. As an added bonus, we all walked away with a bag full of RLC swag, thank you Mark and RLC!
