Meet Shaylen Rowland…
Hello! My name is Shaylen Rowland, and I am a student at Mt. Vernon High School and currently serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for Jefferson County CEO. I am actively involved in FFA and serve as the Mt. Vernon FFA President, where I have developed my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Outside of school, I am the owner and creator of Ranchy but Fancy Silver Co., my own western-inspired jewelry business. Through my business, I have gained experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, and entrepreneurship. I also compete in rodeo, which has taught me discipline, determination, and the importance of hard work.
Through Jefferson County CEO, I am excited to continue growing as a leader, learn from local business owners, and gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to build and operate a successful business.
