What I do is create a more affordable option that is negotiable and customer driven.  Hello, my name is Jeffrey Bullard and I am the small business owner of Rustic Refined. Rustic Refined was established in 2018, and is currently a sole proprietorship. We create a more affordable style to take with you so that you can make home anywhere you please. We resell, refurbish, and recreate product that we turnover quickly to fit the customer's needs. I don’t need all of my product, but you do!
