Today our class had the opportunity to visit Yellin’ Helen’s Ice Cream Shop🍦

We learned how their story began back in January 2020, inspired by family and rooted in community, including the meaning behind the business name. From wedding proposals to gender reveals, to other unforgettable celebrations, Yellin’ Helen’s has become a location for moments that matter beyond ice cream.

Yellin’ Helen’s reminded us that:
• Understanding people is just as important as knowing business.
• Two opposite-minded business owners bring unique strengths to the table.
• Customers are treated like family, and money isn’t everything.

A huge thank-you to Yellin’ Helen’s for showing us the importance of relationships, community involvement, and passion in building a successful business! Kicking off your day with ice cream for breakfast isn’t a bad way to start a Thursday 🙂
